Timothy Hilk brings more than 35 years of YMCA leadership experience to his role as President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, a position he has held since 2016. He previously served as the CEO of the YMCA of Youngstown, and throughout his career, he has been dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Under Tim’s leadership, the YMCA of Greater Cleveland has expanded its reach and deepened its impact with innovative programs focused on mental health, wellbeing, addiction recovery, and equitable access to services. He is committed to breaking down barriers so that individuals across Northeast Ohio have the opportunity to thrive.
As part of his thought leadership, Tim shares insights on nonprofit strategy, inclusive leadership, and building partnerships that drive meaningful outcomes. His vision continues to guide the YMCA of Greater Cleveland as a vital resource for personal and community transformation.
