Our Active Older Adult (AOA) Fitness & Strength programs are designed to meet the unique needs of adults ages 55 and up, with a focus on improving overall fitness, preventing falls, and supporting healthy, independent living.

These classes combine low-impact cardio, strength training, flexibility, and balance exercises to help you feel your best, move with confidence, and enjoy an active lifestyle at every stage.
