At the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, our Pilates & Barre classes classes help improve posture, flexibility, and core strength while delivering an effective full-body workout. Barre Classes
- Barre – Inspired by ballet conditioning, Pilates, and functional fitness. Focuses on toning and sculpting the body without high-impact movements.
- Pilates + Barre - A dynamic hybrid class that blends the core-focused movements of Pilates with the low-impact, high-repetition sculpting techniques of barre.
Pilates Classes
- Pilates – A mat-based class focused on core strength, posture, and body awareness
- Pilates Plus – A more advanced class incorporating props and reformer-inspired movements
- Pilates HIIT – Combines traditional Pilates principles with cardio intervals for a total-body workout
- Pilates + Barre – Blends Pilates and barre techniques to tone and sculpt
