People in the Y sitting together

The YMCA of Greater Cleveland is committed to being a member-first organization. That means listening carefully to our members and program participants, understanding what matters to them and using their feedback to improve the experiences we provide.

After visiting a YMCA branch or participating in a program, you may receive a brief Listen360 survey asking about your experience. If you receive one, we encourage you to take a few moments to complete it. Your comments help us understand what we are doing well, where we may be falling short and what adjustments could better meet the needs and preferences of the people we serve.

Whether you want to recognize a staff member who made you feel welcome, share an idea for a new class, comment on a facility or offer a suggestion about a program, we want to hear from you. Every response provides useful insight, and patterns in the feedback help our teams identify opportunities to strengthen programs, services, facilities and the overall YMCA experience.

Positive comments are valuable, too. They allow us to recognize employees who are making a difference and identify successful practices that can benefit members and participants across our organization.

Being member-first requires more than simply asking for feedback. It means taking that feedback seriously and using it to inform decisions. While we may not be able to implement every suggestion, we carefully review the responses we receive and look for practical ways to make the Y more welcoming, responsive and relevant.

If a Listen360 survey arrives after your next visit, please complete it. Your voice helps us continue building a YMCA experience that reflects the needs of our members, participants and communities.
