Y-Club at Breakthrough Public Schools
This fall, the YMCA will offer Y-Club, an after school enrichment program, at Breakthrough Schools for scholars in Kindergarten – 8th grade. The Y-Club after school enrichment program provides a positive approach to youth development, healthy living, and community engagement.
Scholars in the Y-Club program receive:
- Healthy Snacks
- Homework help
- Literacy development
- Physical fitness
- Arts & Crafts
- Onsite Field Trips
- STEM education
- Social emotional learning
- Access to YMCA programs
Y-Club Programming dates & times:
- August 18, 2026 – May 26, 2027
- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 3pm-6pm
- Early Dismissal Weds: 1pm-6pm
Virtual Information Sessions
Breakthrough Public Schools are hosting two virtual information sessions for parents interested in learning more about the YMCA's Y-Club After School Enrichment Program. Families are encouraged to attend the session that best fits their schedule. Simply click the meeting link at the date and time listed below to join via Zoom.

Registration Nights
Breakthrough Public Schools will host two Registration Nights for Breakthrough Families interested in the YMCA's Y-Club After School Enrichment Program. During these events, YMCA staff will assist families with County Vouchers, YMCA scholarships, and in-person registration for Breakthrough scholars in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Families will also have the opportunity to ask questions and complete the enrollment process with on-site support.

Y-Club Program Cost
A County Voucher and/or a YMCA scholarship may cover the cost of the YMCA’s Y-Club afterschool program for most Breakthrough Families.*
*Families will apply for a County Voucher when signing up for The YMCA's Y-Club afterschool program. If they do not qualify for this voucher, they can apply for a YMCA scholarship to cover most or all of the cost for the Y-Club afterschool program.

Pricing
Full-Time: $139/week
Part-Time: $109/week
