About Y-Haven
Y-Haven is a residential treatment and transitional housing program for adults with substance use disorders. We also provide support for mental health, housing and re-entry needs.
Y-Haven has been a program of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland since 1993.
Y-Haven provides addiction treatment, mental health counseling, case management, health care coordination, medication monitoring, employment support and housing assistance.
Treatment services can include Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Treatment. Y-Haven also provides case management and crisis intervention support, assistance with job searches, education and job training, and help finding permanent housing for those who complete the program.
Residents have private bedrooms in furnished two- and three-person suites with shared kitchens and bathrooms. Staff are present 24 hours a day. Residents provide their own food.
Y-Haven has been providing care for more than 30 years. Clinical staff are licensed by the State of Ohio.
Yes. Y-Haven is accredited by CARF International and certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health.
