Welcome to Y-Haven, where we are dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment and support to individuals on their journey to recovery. Y-Haven’s wide-range of services are designed to meet the unique needs of each person we serve.  We specialize in caring for those who may have also have a Mental Health diagnosis, those who are homeless, who are returning from prison, and those seeking recovery from opioid addiction.

Y-Haven Services:

  • Residential Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or Outpatient Treatment, depending on need
  • Mental Health counseling and treatment groups
  • Case Management to address income, benefits, insurance, housing, etc.
  • Health Care Services through a Y-Haven nurse, a health clinic located in the Y-Haven building, and close-by hospitals
  • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) provided by a Y-Haven partner
  • Job referrals and Education/Job Training Placement
  • Permanent housing placement for those who complete addiction treatment
  • Veteran Services
  • Meditation, Yoga, Exercise, Dance, Crafts, and other wholistic services
  • Specialized treatment groups addressing the unique needs of women
  • Transitional Housing for those participating in addiction treatment.  Y-Haven provides 2 and 3 person furnished suites, each with shared kitchen and bath. Women and men stay on separate floors without access to each other’s floor
  • Follow-up care after clients exit the program

Eligibility: 

  • Substance Use Disorder (Addiction): Y-Haven serves those seeking to recover from a Substance Use Disorder
  • Age: Single adults, 21 years and older.
  • Physical & Mental Health: Those with a mental health or physical health diagnosis must be actively engaged with an appropriate provider and complying with medication and treatment
  • Independence: Ability to successfully function in a semi-independent living environment.
  • Payment: Y-Haven serves individuals regardless of ability to pay

To make a referral or refer yourself, simply call 216-431-2018 extension #3452, or email intake@clevelandymca.org. Our Intake staff will contact you quickly. Admissions take place twice a week. 

 

Y-Haven services are accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), it is certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, and all clinical staff are licensed by the State of Ohio.
