NEW Fundamentals Workshop Series
Monthly Winter Sessions
Led by Geauga Trainers and Group Ex Instructors
Whether deep in a fitness routine or just starting out, our new themed workshops are for everyone, focusing on a return to the practice of proper form through fundamental movements and safe progressions.
One Saturday per month: 10:30 – 11:45 a.m.
Location: Fitness Studio, Register here or in-branch.

Aquatic Center
The Geauga YMCA branch offers an Aquatics Center with sauna, hot tub, current pool, lap pool and kid friendly water features. With the aquatics center comes swim lessons and instructions, a competitive swim team and lots of aquatic fitness classes.
Heath and Wellness Center
The Heath and Wellness Center of the Geauga YMCA branch offers PRECOR cardio equipment, Expresso Bikes and a free weights area. There are also a number of fitness classes and instruction available details for many of our Premium Exercise Programs are listed:
Geauga Family YMCA also offers Senior fitness classes and programming as well.
Youth Development
The Geauga branch also offers unique Youth Development programming including sports, summer programming and leadership courses.
