Walk 15® is a simple, walking-based group fitness class that combines the best features of low-impact aerobics with easy-to-follow walking patterns. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, this program allows you to get a full cardio workout without complex choreography or high-impact moves.

What to Expect

During each class, you’ll complete walking patterns that simulate up to 15 minutes of continuous movement per mile—hence the name Walk 15®. Movements may include:
