Women on Weights is an empowering small-group training program designed to help women build confidence and strength using both free weights and machines. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to level up your routine, this program provides expert instruction in a supportive, women-only environment.
🏋️♀️ What to Expect
Over the course of 8 weeks, participants will experience:
- A variety of periodized training plans targeting both upper and lower body muscle groups
- Guidance on proper technique using free weights and strength machines
- Weekly progression to improve strength, form, and endurance
- Group accountability and motivation
- An InBody scan included to track body composition and progress
This program is ideal for women looking to increase strength, improve body mechanics, and gain knowledge and confidence in the weight room.
