Women on Free Weights is a supportive and empowering strength training class designed specifically for women who want to grow stronger, improve form, and build confidence in the weight room. In this small group class, participants will explore a variety of equipment—including dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, and more—with expert guidance from a certified personal trainer. 

Whether you're brand new to strength training or looking to deepen your knowledge and push past plateaus, this class meets you where you are. Modifications and options are offered to suit a variety of fitness levels, so you can train safely, effectively, and confidently alongside other women with shared goals.

Each session runs for 4 weeks and meets once per week.
