About the Program
Join Kip for a 90-minute guided session of deep relaxation that blends meditation, mindfulness, and restorative yoga. This gentle, prop-supported style of yoga is designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore balance—both mentally and physically.
Rather than flowing quickly from one posture to another, this practice focuses on fewer poses that are held for 3–5 minutes each. You’ll be encouraged to release tension, slow down, and reconnect with your breath and body. It’s the perfect way to reset and restore during any season of the year.
No prior yoga experience is required. All are welcome.
