Iron Teens is a dynamic 8-week strength and conditioning program designed specifically for teens. Whether your teen is new to fitness or looking to take their training to the next level, this program offers a safe, supportive, and structured environment where they can grow both physically and mentally.

This isn’t just about lifting weights. Iron Teens emphasizes:
- Safe and proper technique for weightlifting
- Use of cardio and strength machines
- Spotting, workout structure, and gym etiquette
- Weekly challenges to inspire accountability and growth
Through interactive coaching and hands-on sessions, participants build the knowledge and habits needed to stay active for life.
