Iron Kids is a dynamic strength and conditioning program designed specifically for youth, helping them build healthy habits, confidence, and physical literacy that will serve them in the gym, in sports, at school, and beyond.
What to Expect
Participants will be introduced to the structure and purpose of an effective exercise routine. Led by certified personal trainers, each session includes:
- Warm-up & Flexibility
- Mobility & Running Mechanics
- Agility & Functional Strength
- Core Training
- Weekly Good Habit Tracking
- Mentorship & Motivation
Beyond the physical, Iron Kids emphasizes character development and goal-setting—encouraging young athletes to become stronger in all areas of life: at home, in school, and in their relationships.
