Yoga Basics is the perfect introduction to yoga for beginners—or anyone who wants to return to the fundamentals. In this class, we focus on simple poses, proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindful movement, all in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Whether you're completely new to yoga, easing back into fitness, or looking to build a stronger foundation, this class provides the support and structure you need to feel comfortable on the mat.

All of our instructors are highly trained and hold a minimum of 200-hour yoga certification or equivalent discipline-specific credentials, ensuring that every class is led with expertise, safety, and care.

What to Expect in Class

Yoga Basics is slower-paced and highly instructional. You'll learn how to:
