At the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, our Yoga and Pilates classes offer a mindful and empowering way to improve flexibility, build core strength, reduce stress, and restore balance in your life. Whether you’re new to movement or deepening your existing practice, our wide variety of classes provides something for every level, every body, and every goal.

Each class is led by trained instructors who create a welcoming, inclusive environment—no matter your experience or flexibility. Come as you are, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected.

All of our instructors are highly trained and hold a minimum of 200-hour yoga certification or equivalent discipline-specific credentials, ensuring that every class is led with expertise, safety, and care.

Yoga Classes

Pilates-Based Classes

  • Pilates – A mat-based class focused on core strength, posture, and body awareness
  • Pilates Plus – A more advanced class incorporating props and reformer-inspired movements
  • Pilates HIIT – Combines traditional Pilates principles with cardio intervals for a total-body workout
  • Pilates + Barre – Blends Pilates and barre techniques to tone and sculpt
