What Is Yang Style Tai Chi?

Yang Style Tai Chi is a sequence of movements performed slowly and with great attention to posture and breath. In our classes, you will learn:

  • The Cheng Man-Ch’ing lineage form, a simplified version of the traditional Yang long form
  • Movements that emphasize rooting, flowing transitions, and body alignment
