What Is Tai Chi Easy™?
Developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, Tai Chi Easy™ blends gentle Tai Chi movements, Qi Gong exercises, breath work, self-applied massage, and meditation in a way that’s approachable and effective. Unlike traditional Tai Chi forms that may take months to learn, Tai Chi Easy™ can be practiced and enjoyed right away.
This program is especially beneficial for older adults, individuals new to movement classes, or anyone looking to reduce stress and improve well-being through mindful motion.
