PiYo® is a powerful fusion of Pilates and Yoga that delivers a low-impact, high-results workout. At the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, PiYo® offers a dynamic, music-driven class experience that helps you tone muscles, improve balance, and feel energized from the inside out.
All of our instructors are highly trained and hold a minimum of 200-hour pilates certification or equivalent discipline-specific credentials, ensuring that every class is led with expertise, safety, and care.
What to Expect in PiYo®
Unlike traditional Pilates or Yoga classes, PiYo® is faster-paced and more intense, yet still grounded in functional movement and core control. A typical class includes:
