Pilates Plus takes your mat-based Pilates workout to the next level. This intermediate-level class incorporates specialized props to simulate exercises performed on studio Pilates equipment like the reformer, Wunda chair, and Cadillac. With a focus on core strength, stability, alignment, and mobility, Pilates Plus provides a more targeted and dynamic challenge for those ready to enhance their Pilates practice.
This class is perfect for participants who have a solid foundation in Pilates and are looking to explore new variations and deepen their control, technique, and strength.
All of our instructors are highly trained and hold a minimum of 200-hour pilates certification or equivalent discipline-specific credentials, ensuring that every class is led with expertise, safety, and care.
What to Expect
Pilates Plus builds on traditional Pilates principles while introducing:
- Use of props such as resistance bands, stability balls, gliding discs, and light weights
