Set to energizing music, this class offers a mindful yet challenging way to tone and strengthen while staying light on your joints and aligned with your breath.

All of our instructors are highly trained and hold a minimum of 200-hour pilates certification or equivalent discipline-specific credentials, ensuring that every class is led with expertise, safety, and care.
