What Is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment, without judgment. When combined with meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and guided reflection, it can help:

Our Meditation & Mindfulness classes are open to all levels—no experience necessary. Whether you’re recovering from stress, seeking inner calm, or adding mindfulness to your fitness routine, you’ll find a welcoming space to begin or grow your practice.
All bodies, abilities, and backgrounds are welcome.
