Chair Yoga is a gentle, low-impact class that brings the benefits of traditional yoga to those who may prefer or require the support of a chair. Ideal for active older adults, individuals recovering from injury, or anyone with limited mobility or balance concerns, Chair Yoga focuses on breath awareness, flexibility, balance, and strength—all from a seated or supported standing position.
This class invites you to move mindfully, stretch safely, and reconnect with your body in a way that meets you where you are.
All of our instructors are highly trained and hold a minimum of 200-hour yoga certification or equivalent discipline-specific credentials, ensuring that every class is led with expertise, safety, and care.

In Chair Yoga, participants use a chair for seated postures and balance support during standing poses. A typical class includes:
