Assisted Yoga is a gentle, supportive class that combines traditional yoga practice with hands-on guidance from the instructor to help you better understand alignment, improve posture, and explore each pose with greater ease and intention. This small-group format allows for individualized attention and physical adjustments (with consent) to help participants gain deeper access to each posture while staying safe and relaxed.

Offered in a welcoming, non-intimidating setting, Assisted Yoga is ideal for those looking to explore yoga more deeply—regardless of flexibility, age, or experience level.

All of our instructors are highly trained and hold a minimum of 200-hour yoga certification or equivalent discipline-specific credentials, ensuring that every class is led with expertise, safety, and care.
