Our Party Packages
Important Information
Birthday coming up? The French Creek Family YMCA has everything kids love — gym time, pool fun, inflatables, youth fitness activities, and a private space to celebrate. Choose from five custom party packages to create the best birthday ever.
Important Information
- Party rentals are offered to YMCA members only.
- Maximum of 25 children per party.
- One parent may stay.
- YMCA staff are present during the event to assist.
- Party timeframes depend on the level requested.
- Party times are based on branch hours, gym schedules, pool hours, and other programs and therefore do not change.
- Kid’s Club is included for the duration of the party and serves as home base.
Room & Activity Details
Kid's Club
- Activities: Air Hockey, Nintendo Switch, Board Games, Wii
- Space for presents and food
- Tables and chairs for up to 25 guests
- Bring your own tablecloths, decorations, and food
Half Gym
- One full basketball court
- Equipment available upon request: volleyball net, dodgeball, soccer nets, scooters, etc.
- The other half of the gym would be open for members
Full Gym (Level 4 Only)
- Private access to both basketball courts
- Perfect for maximum play space
Inflatables
- Obstacle Course available
- Included in Levels 2+ and 4
- Does NOT include the entire gym
- Guardian of each party attendee must sign Inflatable Waiver at party drop-off
Pool Information (Levels 3 & 4)
- Pool is 88 degrees
- Shallow area 1.5 feet, ramp to 4.5 feet depth
- Ramp goes down to water that is 4.5 feet deep
- Pool is rented for 1 hour only
- Pool parties available only for children who have completed kindergarten
Safety Requirements
- Every child 12 and under must wear a life jacket unless they pass the YMCA swim test
- One adult must be in the pool for every 3 non-swimmers
YMCA Swim Test Includes
- Jump into rec pool and submerge head
- Tread water for 30 seconds
- Swim down and back without stopping
Children who pass receive a green wristband and may swim without a life jacket.
Children who do not pass receive a red wristband and must wear a life jacket.
How to Book
- Secure your date with the Director (stop into the branch to complete remaining steps).
- Sign the rental agreement.
- Front desk staff will register the child for the party after signing.
- Make a $50 deposit (applied toward total balance).
- Schedule remaining balance for one week prior to party.
- Take your party rental folder home to review information.
What to Bring & Remember
- YMCA does not decorate or provide food/cake or tablecloths
- For pool parties (Levels 3 & 4): Attendees should arrive dressed to swim with a change of clothes
- Renter should ensure all trash is bagged by trash can when party ends
- Rentals include 30 minutes for drop-off and 15 minutes for pick-up
- Please relay timing information to all attendees
