Assistant Teacher, Part Time

This individual is responsible for the smooth and the effective delivery of the child care programs. Instructors may be required to travel to and from branch locations for assigned duties, training or meetings, or work programs in other areas as needed.

Compliance Coordinator, Full Time

This person is responsible for the auditing of child care programs, providing technical support and coaching to site staff, data collection and reporting, marketing and communications, and recruiting and screening of new child care staff.

Also administering child care programs at designated YMCA program sites, in the event there is an absence of a permanent Site Director. This responsibility includes supervising child care staff, developing appropriate curriculum, and maintaining site records, and additional programs responsibilities to ensure state licensure compliance and effective program management.

Position requires continuous travel to and from various branch locations and Association Office to complete required duties.

Lead Teacher, Full Time

This person is responsible for administering child care programs at designated YMCA program sites. Our ideal candidate will be able to create and implement lesson plans, maintaining site records, and additional program responsibilities to ensure state licensure compliance and overall effective program management.

This position may be required to travel to and from branch locations for assigned duties, trainings or meetings, or work programs in other areas as needed.

Site Director, Full Time

This person is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of one or two childcare sites. The Site Director is responsible for managing and facilitating Before & Afterschool Enrichment and/or Early Learning programs at a designated YMCA program sites.

Our ideal candidate will be able to create and implement lesson plans, maintain site records, and additional programs responsibilities to ensure state licensure compliance and overall effective program management. This position is expected to be actively in child care program up to 50% of the time.
