We are delighted to offer a new, free pilot program from the American Diabetes Association called "What Can I Eat?" Starting in September, this weekly, nine-week program will help people with diabetes answer that question. Join in-person or online. Participants will even receive some free food from their local grocery store.

Learn how to take the hassle out of eating right:

  • find healthy foods that taste good

  • save time with meal planning

  • discover budget-friendly foods

This free pilot is only open to the first 30 adults with diabetes who register. Membership at the Y is not required, so share this information with friends and family with diabetes.  Don't delay because registration closes in early September or when maximum enrollment is reached.

The program will run in person at the Warrensville Heights Family YMCA, and it will also be held virtually via your computer or smartphone for people who do not live near Warrensville.

The program will begin on September 19, but you must register by September 12. To register or to find out more, email healthyliving@clevelandymca.org or leave a message at 440-574-0580.
