What Is Move 2 Lose?
Move 2 Lose is a 10-week, coach-supported program that empowers participants to reach their health and wellness goals through small, sustainable steps. Each week combines structured workouts, nutrition education, and motivational support — all within a welcoming, community-based setting.
Program features include:

Two small-group workouts per week, led by a certified coach

Weekly weigh-ins (optional)

At-home weekly goals (e.g., trying a group class, equipment orientation, or using the EGym)

Bi-weekly nutrition talks focused on building a healthy relationship with food

Weekly newsletters with educational content and practical tips

Available at select branches: Three comprehensive InBody scans to track body composition
