"I have been in this program for 16 weeks and have lost 13 pounds and 13 inches!!! I have done Weight Watchers, South Beach, and Eight Minutes in the morning, which worked alright when I was in my 20's, but since hitting my 30's I haven't been able to lose more than 8 pounds and keep it off. For the first time, with the guidance of my Coach and my class mates, I believe that I can lose this weight and keep it off! I feel great!
