Outback event raises $1,600 for Strong Kids Campaign

(Oct. 26, 2011) A fundraiser held at the Outback Restaurant in Lyndhurst on Sept. 24 raised $1,600 for the YMCA's Child Care Strong Kids Campaign.
Outback donated all of the food and service for the event. The Greater Cleveland YMCA's Child Care Registrar office sold meal tickets, with all of the proceeds going directly to the Campaign.
Thank you to all of those who stopped by and enjoyed a delicious meal while supporting this worthwhile cause!
Each year the Greater Cleveland YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign relies on the generosity of its members and community supporters to provide scholarships for nearly 4,000 adults and children. That's because, at the Y, no one is ever turned away because of an inability to pay.
