Halloween Events planned at local Y branches

Branches of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland are once again planning a variety of Halloween events for children and their families to enjoy.

Avon
Halloween party, Friday, Oct. 21, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.  Activities include games, bounce house, haunted house, face painting, refreshments, and much more! Pre-registration requested. Free for members; community members: $3/ family. Day of event: $3/ family.

Euclid
Halloween party, Friday, Oct. 28, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Costume party, games and snacks. On Monday, Oct. 31, 3-6 p.m., the Child Care department will be hosting a Halloween Party (Child Care Only). Costume party, games and snacks.

Geauga
Halloween party, Friday, Oct. 28, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Refreshments, games, face painting, costume parade and contest, Trick-or-treating, haunted room (little kid friendly) & more. Cost is $5 per family or two-bag donation of candy. Pre-registration is requested. Event is open to the public so bring your friends. Hillcrest
Mon., Oct. 31: Halloween Arts and Crafts, 8:30 a.m. – Noon and 5 p.m.-8:30 p.m. in the Child Watch Room. Spooky family swim Friday Oct. 28 7:30 p.m.- 9 pm. There will be “trick-or-treating” for our pre-schoolers.

Lakewood
Halloween party, Friday, Oct. 21, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Activities include: games, light refreshments, trick-or-treat, costume contest, and much more!!  Open to the Public! ALL AGES WELCOME.

Ridgewood
Hallloween party: Sunday, Oct. 23, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Activities include games, light refreshments, Trick-Or-Treat, costume contest and more!! Open To The Public! All Ages Welcome. Cost: $5 per child.

Southeast
Fall Harvest Festival, Nov. 12, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Food, crafts, and fun for everyone. This event is open to the community.

West Park
Halloween party, Friday, Oct. 21, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Gymnasium.  Activities include Ghost Bowl, “Hoo Hoo Lahoop”, Pin the Hat on the Witch, Pumpkin Push, Monster Mash Dance, costume contest, and more.  There will also be arts & crafts and distributing of candy.  The event is open and free to the West Park community. 

West Shore
Halloween party, Oct. 25, 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. Games, crafts, candy, Halloween Hallway, bounce house, halloween parade. Kids and parents, wear your Halloween costumes! Sponsored by Rock Point Church and Staples
