The Euclid/Hillcrest Area Family to Family Collaborative assists families and individuals in guiding them to services that are available in their community. Wraparound and Prevention services are available depending upon your families need. The Collaborative staff also works with families that are involved with or at risk of involvement with the Cuyahoga County Department of Children Services (DCFS). Staff can attend meetings, provide support, advice and advocacy.
The staff can serve as a liaison between neighborhood organizations, agencies, service providers and the residents of Euclid, Euclid-Green, Richmond Heights, Lyndhurst, South Euclid, Highland Heights, Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village and Gates Mills in need of these resources.
The Y is committed to strengthening families by making sure that they have the resources and support needed to learn, grow and thrive.
We are a place where families can find respite from social, economic and educational challenges, and learn how to overcome them.
We have a fundamental desire to provide opportunities for every family to build stronger bonds, achieve greater work/life balance, and become more engaged with their communities.
