Join the French Creek Y and Cleveland Clinic for an informative health fair featuring free health screenings, health information, and other activities.

When: Saturday, September 18 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
Where: Avon YMCA French Creek Branch, 2010 Recreation Lane, Avon, Ohio (next to the Lake Erie Crushers’ All-Pro Freight Stadium)

Three free health seminars on Pediatric Health and Wellness, Orthopaedic Treatment Updates and Cardiac Wellness will also be offered.

In addition, there will be games and activities for children, healthy refreshments, raffles, and the chance to speak one-on-one with Cleveland Clinic specialists.

Members of the Avon Fire Department, and “Stomper,” the Lake Erie Crushers, will make special appearances.

The event is sponsored by the YMCA of Greater Cleveland and these Cleveland Clinic Family Health Centers and Hospitals: Westlake, Avon Lake, Lakewood, Lorain, Avon, Elyria, Lakewood Hospital and Fairview Hospital.
