Lifestyle Fair offered at West Shore branch

Thursday, May 13 9–11:30 a.m. 5:30–8:30 p.m. West Shore YMCA 1575 Columbia Road Westlake Pre-Registration: (440) 871-6885 (West Shore YMCA)

Join us for a spring lifestyle fair promoting health, exercise, and financial fitness.

Free total cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure screenings will be offered.

Fitness demonstrations, refreshments, and giveaways will add to the fun.

Free child care provided by the YMCA, for Lifestyle participants (parents must remail in the building).

Those that pre-register will be entered into a special raffle.
