The Euclid Collaborative in conjunction with Catholic Charities announced a mini-RFP that was available to active Collaborative partners. We are in the process of reviewing the RFP's and winning bids will be announced in the next week. Services will be aimed at supporting the Care Coordination youth that Catholic Charities/Berea Children's Home services through the Cuyahoga County Tapestry System of Care.

Special Announcements

The Euclid Collaborative is looking for community partners to help us with visitation for DCFS children in foster care. Birth parents are allowed to visit with their children in foster care and having community sites to do so helps to strengthen the bond between parent and child. One of the Collaborative goals is to shorten the length of stay of children in foster care. Allowing birth parents local sites were they can visit will help in reducing that time frame. If you have an agency or office that would be willing to host periodic visitations please contact `Courtney at (216) 731-7454.
