Registration must be received by 5:00pm on the Wednesday prior to the week of service.

Each child must have all required registration and enrollment forms listed below completed in full and submitted prior to your child's first day in the program.

County Voucher Participants

Please contact Lorain County Department of Job and Family Services , 42485 North Ridge Road, Elyria, OH 44035, (440) 323-5726 to obtain voucher approval for the centers listed above prior to your child starting the program. The center is licensed as YMCA Lear North Elementary License #303141.
