Program Fees
Our method of payment for Child Care Services and all fees are either payment in full or pre-authorized checking account or credit card draft.

The days your child will attend the child care program must be pre-selected and may not change.  Drafts will be completed on Mondays, one week prior to each week of care. Voucher co-pays are drafted on the first service date of each voucher. Any fees incurred throughout the year (i.e.: late payment fees, late pick up fees etc.) will be drafted from the same account within 3 business days of when they are incurred.

To register, complete the registration form and submit along with the $30.00 per child non-refundable annual registration fee to:

Enrollment Forms:     Enrollment packet is to be completed and sent to the Area Child Care Director listed above prior to your child starting the program.

Please note: Enrollment is contingent on space availability. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee space availability. You will be notified directly if there is a waiting list for the program.
