Registration must be received by 5:00pm on the Wednesday prior to the week of service. 

Each child must have all required registration and enrollment forms listed below completed in full and submitted prior to your child's first day in the program.

The before and after care program at the French Creek YMCA will be closing effective 1/15/12.

Programming will continue for the half day preschool and scheduled out of school time care.

Please contact Lorain County Department of Job and Family Services , 42485 North Ridge Road, Elyria, OH 44035, (440) 323-5726 to obtain voucher approval for the center listed above prior to registering your child in the program. The center is licensed as French Creek YMCA Child Care #308771.
