Ages *5-12 (*must have completed kindergarten)
Weekly fee: $130 per week (full-time 4-5 days)
$95 per week (part-time 1-3 days)

March 5, 2012 begins for children currently enrolled in YMCA Child Care
March 12, 2012 begins for current YMCA members
Open to the public beginning March 19, 2012
Registrations for the first week of camp must be received at the Payment Registrar office by noon on June 6, 2012.

HOW TO REGISTER YOU CHILD
Complete one registration form for each child and one enrollment packet for each child and return
to the Payment Registrar Office

Registrations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. You must complete all areas on the form to avoid a delay in processing your registration.

REGISTRATION FEES
A $25 per week/per child non-refundable deposit is required in advance for each week your child will be attending. This deposit will be deducted from your weekly program fee noted above. Deposits will be deducted from you account when registration is processed.
An annual membership fee of $25 per family is required for those not currently a YMCA member or YMCA program member.
Become a full facility member when registering for summer day camp and pay a zero joiner fee - a $100 savings.

Contact Employment and Family Services, 1641 Payne Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44114, (216) 987-7000 to obtain approval for the centers listed above prior to your child starting the program.

The YMCA has financial assistance available to those who demonstrate need on a first come first serve basis. Financial assistance forms are available (here) or at any YMCA branch. We accept publicly funded child care participants. |

Field Trips: Tuesday, Thursday and every other Friday

Swimming: Thursday 1:00-3:00pm at the West Shore YMCA
(please pack your child's swimsuit and towel)
Meals: Breakfast and afternoon snack provided. Children must bring a nutritious packed lunch each day.
What to Bring
Children should wear comfortable shorts, YMCA camp t-shirts, socks and tennis shoes. For safety purposes, please do not send your child in shoes that slide off of their feet.
Children should come with a non-refrigerated sack lunch and drink, water bottle, swim suit, towel and sunscreen each day. All items should be labeled with the child’s first and last name and placed in a sturdy bag or back pack.
Please, no toys from home, cell phones or money. The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
