Registration deadline for the first week of camp is June 9, 2010.  Registrations must be received at the Payment Registrar Office by 5 pm.

Weekly Fee

$120 per week (full-time 4-5 days)   $90 per week (part-time 1-3 days)

* An annual membership fee of $30 per family is required for those not currently a YMCA member of YMCA program member.  Contact your local YMCA for membership options.

*Registration must be accompanied by a $25 deposit for each week your child is attending.  This deposit will be deducted from your weekly program fee noted above. 

*Voucher participants must have a placement letter issued to the designated YMCA location before registration can be processed.

Payment Policies

Membership fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

All payment for Child Care services are made either by payment in full or pre-authorized checking account or credit card draft.  Drafts will be completed on Mondays, one week prior to each week of care.  Voucher co-payments will be drafted on the first service date of each voucher. Payments received after 5:00pm on the scheduled due date will be charged a $25 late fee per family.  Drafts that are returned due to non-payment are subject to a $30 fee.  If your draft is returned unpaid, it may be collected electronically and you will be assessed a minimum fee of $30 (or the maximum allowed by state law).  Account holder is responsible for all other collection costs. 


Financial Assistance

The YMCA has financial assistance available to those who demonstrate need on a first come first serve basis. Financial assistance forms are available at any YMCA branch.

What to Bring

Children should wear comfortable shorts, YMCA camp t-shirts, socks and tennis shoes. For safety purposes, please do not send your child in shoes that slide off of their feet.  Children should come with a non-refrigerated sack lunch and drink, water bottle, swim suit, towel and sunscreen each day. All items should be labeled with the child’s first and last name and placed in a sturdy bag or back pack.  Please, no toys from home, cell phones or money. The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
