Instructors
Our fitness instructors are certified instructors and provide the optimum exercise experience! All fitness levels are welcome into any class. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Appropriate shoes are required for all classes.
Fitness Assessment
A Fitness Assessment gives participants a base line regarding their current physical condition. Areas assessed include heart rate, blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. Retesting is recommended every 12 weeks to help you see your progress.
YMCA Personal Fitness Program
Designed for the novice exerciser, this 12-week, structured exercise program includes your own fitness coach. You and your coach will set personal goals and design strategies to achieve those goals. Exercise is added in small increments to enhance success.
SilverSneakers®
The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is the nation's leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. The program offers physical activity, health education, and social events.
Wellness Coaching
Meet with one of our wellness professionals to discuss personal health and wellness goals, familiarize yourself with branch programs and offerings, be set up on any equipment and ask any questions you may have. Stop by the front desk to schedule your one on one appointment. FREE WITH MEMBERSHIP!
Biometric Testing
Assess your current health status to determine the risk level for common diseases including diabetes and heart disease
Bronze Package
Body Mass Index (>BMI), Waist/Hip Ratio and BMI to Waist Ratio Disease Risk Factor, Blood Pressure; and Body Fat Analysis using calipers. $25
YMCA Personal Training
A personal trainer is the key to achieving the results you desire with your workouts. Our experienced and certified personal trainers will custom design a program that is individualized and keeps you interested and motivated to reach your goals. Scheduled by appointment.
