Facility Rentals
There are several program rooms as well as the gymnasium and pool to rent out at the Southeast Family YMCA for special occasions. All rentals require a $50 security deposit upon contracting which will be returned with 30 business days as long as the facility is left as arrived. Full payment is required one week before date of rental. Please allow two business days from date of request for confirmation of facility date availability.
Yoga Studio:
The yoga studio offers rectangular tables that easily accomdodate 8 people per table with a room capacity of 20 people. Available during and after hours.
Room Rate: $20 per hour for members/$30 per hour for program and community members.
Child Care Room:
The child care room offers rectangular tables that easily accomdodate 8 people per table with a room capacity of 35 people. Available during and after hours.
Room Rate: $40 per hour for members/$50 per hour for program and community members.
Aerobics Studio:
The aerobics studio offers rectangular tables that easily accomdodate 8 people per table with a room capacity of 75 people. Available during and after hours.
Room Rate: $60 per hour for members/$75 per hour for program and community members.
Multi-Purpose Room:
The multi-purpose room offers rectangular tables that easily accomdodate 8 people per table with a room capacity of 80 people. Available during and after hours.
Room Rate: $60 per hour for members/$75 per hour for program and community members.
Gymnasium:
The gymnasium is available during and after hours and can accomodate 175 people.
Room Rate: $60 per hour for members/$75 per hour for program and community members.
Pool:
The pool is available during and after hours and can accomodate 25 people per rental.
Room Rate: $90 per hour for members/$110 per hour for program and community members.
*Additional lifeguards are available for $25 for every 15 people over 25.
Party Rentals
Gym Parties:
One hour in the child care room and one hour in the gym.
Rate: $90 for members/$115 for program and community members.
Pool Parties:
One hour in the child care room and one hour in the pool.
Rate: $120 for members/$150 for program and community members.
*Additional lifeguards are available for $25 for every 15 people over 25.
