Y-Splash!
Ridgewood YMCA will be holding our annual Y-Splash Water Safety program on the second weekend in May.
Y-SPLASH is a fun, FREE PROGRAM that promotes Water Safety and introduces children to having fun while learning.

The two-part course runs:
Friday, May 11: 5:30 - 7:30 pm.
Saturday, May 12: 1 - 3 pm.
Space is limited, so pre-registration is required.

YMCA BASEBALL is BACK!
The Ridgwood Family YMCA spring/summer baseball leagues are back. With programs for tots and youths alike, the YMCA leagues offer something for kids of all ages. Please check out the Youth Sports Ridgewood Youth Sports page for more information.
SPORTS SKILL CLASSES
Spring II Skill Classes - REGISTERING NOW
Sports classes feature a “games approach” to learning and provides an array of innovative resources designed to not only teach sports skills more effectively but also help develop youths in accordance with the YMCA core values. The curriculum includes sports tactics, sports skills, rules and traditions of the sport, fitness and safety concepts and character development.
Sports skill classes available in the Spring II session include Basketball Skills, Football Skills, Soccer Skills and Gymnastics. Please click the link above to download the flyer with dates, times and fees.
Y-Stars is IN PROGRESS!
3 months, 36 visits, a free gift - and a healthier you!
Now tracking!
- Workout 36 times between March 15 and June 15, and track your visits using the charts in the lobby of your home branch.
- Members who complete 36 visits in the three-month period will earn a free Y-Stars t-shirt.
