All wellness levels are welcome into any class. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Appropriate shoes are required for all classes. WELLNESS AT THE YMCA IS FOR ALL.

Wellness Coaching Appointment-Schedule your appointment to meet one-on-one with one of our wellness staff to discuss your personal health & wellness goals, familiarize yourself with the branch happenings and program offerings, and allow for any questions you may have.  Also, the wellness coaching appointment affords the time for our wellness coach to show you some of the wellness equipment, so you can become familiar and comfortable when you come to the facility.  The wellness coaching appointment is tailored to you so we can help you get the most out of your membership and reach your wellness goals.  Free with Membership

Biometric Testing- Assess your current health status to determine the risk level for common diseases including diabetes and heart disease.  This assessment includes Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist to Hip Ratio, BMI to Waist Ratio disease risk factor, Blood Pressure, and Body Fat Composition using calipers.  Fee Based

H.E.R.O.- This is High-intensity, Energy-Endurance, and Resistance training for Over Achievers. Combining the principles of functional and core strength with advanced weight and resistance training techniques, plyometrics, and circuit training. You’ll burn fat while toning and gaining muscle definition. H.E.R.O. is great for men and women. Come prepared to sweat!

Iron Kids - Each class introduces kids ages 8-12 to a new fitness component, including strength, flexibility, endurance, and agility. Participants learn the YMCA core values as they are guided through the creation of their own workouts.  Fee Based Class.

Iron Teens - (Ages 13 and up) Do you want to build strength and endurance for sports? Do you just want to sculpt your physique? Our trainer will work with you on our strength and cardio equipment, making this small group personal training class suitable for all teen guys and girls, no matter what your experience.  Fee Based Class.

W.O.W.-Women on Weights- Ladies - let’s get some estrogen into the weight room! This small group personal training class is designed to help a woman  gain a beautifully sculpted physique while building confidence with weight training equipment. Each week, the certified personal trainer who leads the course will teach new exercises and training techniques. Fee Based Class.

Yoga -Why is yoga thousands of years old and more popular than ever?  Offering you strength, suppleness, energy and peace, yoga will transform your body and enrich your spirit.  Come experience the harmony of spirit, mind and body.  Fee Based. 

Youth and Teen Orientations
Youth ages 9-12 and Teens ages 13-17 yrs old, must complete an orientation with one of our wellness staff and have a parent/guardian sign a waiver before using any equipment. FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS. Youth ages 9-12 must be directly supervised by a parent at all times when in the wellness center.
