Pool Rules
Y Aquatics programs offer children and adults the opportunity to experience the many wonders of water.
- Y Swim Lessons focus on teaching participants the lifelong benefits of swimming through the main program component of stroke development, personal safety, personal growth, rescue and water games
- Water fitness programs focus on the enhancement of physical fitness through movements that increase strength and endurance without putting stress or strain on the joints. Click here for schedule
We are always looking for feedback form our members about our programming. Please take a moment to give us your feedback by filling out our Learn to Swim evaluation and our Water exercise Class evaluation.
Some of the water-based activities you may choose from include:
- Y Swim Lessons
- (Infant/Parent, Preschool, Youth, Teen/Adult)
- Swims (Family, Lap, Open)
- Swim Team
- Water Aerobics
- Water Jogging
- Aquacize
- Specialty Water Exercise
(Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromylagia. Aqua Tai Chi)
- SCUBA
- Lifeguarding Classes
Participation in Y Aquatics programs offers an unparalleled sense of well-being and a relaxing environment for safe exercise, physical therapy, and play.
Freestyle! Backstroke! Butterfly! Breaststroke! The goal of this program is to help swimmers develop and improve the technical aspects of each stroke and compete in two swim meets if they would like.
Starting September 13th, Swim Team Practice will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15pm-6:30pm for ages 5-18.

*Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards before signing up.
