Adult Karate

Build strength, mental focus and coordination while learning the practical skills of self-defense. Adaptable to a wide range of adult abilities and needs, this program starts out slowly with basics and builds toward advanced techniques at the student's own pace in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Karate training fits well with other exercise programs and enhances mental and physical performance at work, school or in other daily life activities. This is a fully-ranked program so students may work toward a black belt. For ages 13 and up. Wednesday nights, 7:30 pm-8:30 pm. $27 Member, $53 Program Member per 6- week session.
