We offer a wide variety of classes including ongoing classes that are free with membership as well as fee-based classes that run in conjunction with the branch program schedules. Some of our most popular class offerings include:

VALUE-ADDED (Free w/ Membership)

Ab Lab Extreme-The hour version of our Ab Lab class. Our instructors have designed a high-energy workout that effectively targets the entire abdominal and back region. Crunch it into your busy schedule and mix it with some cardio to get results that you will be AB-solutely crazy about.

Boot Camp-Calling all diehards - drop and give me 20! This total body workout contains sports conditioning moves, calisthenics, and invigorating drills based on speed, power, and agility. No coordination required ... no choreography allowed!

Cardio and Sculpt-You’ve been asking for it --- a higher-intensity cardio class that still gives the rewards of body sculpting. For those of you who want it all, we challenge you with intervals of simple, intense, effective movements. Come experience serious calorie burning and serious muscle definition in a fast-paced, not-so-serious class.

Cardio Kickboxing -Ready to fight for the body you desire? Step into the kickboxing ring for the intense workout that knocks out calories with punches and kicks. Feel the power, experience the empowerment!

Cycle/Sculpt -Experience all of the benefits of a great cardio cycling workout fused with muscle sculpting. This full-body workout is great for the time-pressed!

EnhanceFitness -Designed for older adults, this class improves balance, flexibility, bone density, endurance, coordination and mental sharpness. This class is based on scientific research and input from older adults. Each exercise was developed by experts in the field of physical therapy. The result is a fun and lively program that works! Beginning-to-intermediate levels.

Fitness After 50 -Using music from Sinatra to Swing to the Supremes, this comprehensive class has low-impact cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength work, and flexibility and range-of-motion exercises. We also do exercises designed to improve balance, coordination, manual dexterity, and agility (both physical and mental). Your heart, lungs, muscles, balance, and energy will all improve – and you’ll have lots of fun along the way!

Line Dancing -Learn the latest line dancing steps in this fun class. While working up a sweat and burning some major calories, you will learn the hottest dance moves and trendiest line dances in the club.

Pilates -Search no more for the secret to a firm, controlled, stable core. This multi-level class pushes your midsection to reach its ultimate potential. Using targeted Pilates movements and various tools such as Pilates rings, stability balls, and small mind/body balls, this class dramatically changes your core abdomen, obliques, and lower back through complexity, intensity and precision.

Power Cycle -Strength, Endurance, Intervals, Race Day, and Recovery are the names of the heart rate energy zones that you will visit in this unique studio cycling format. This intense class is most suitable for intermediate to advanced cyclists.

Power Sculpt Express-In 30 minutes, sculpt your body from head to toe using weights, tubing, bands, balls and more. Strengthen and define your muscles, lose fat, and increase your metabolism as you chisel the body of your dreams. Suitable for all levels.

SilverSneakers® MSROM-Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers® ball are all offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Tour de Monde -Road focused class using techniques such as interval training, group riding and race terminology all set to the illusion of an actual ride using the worl's most famous race courses.

Y Cycle -This indoor cycling class will take you on a ride through the flat lands to the mountain tops. Come see why it's the hottest workout trend in years. Since you control your own pace and resistance, you can make this workout as easy or as challenging as you desire.

Y Pump -Come enjoy this high energy weight training exercise class. It's a total body fitness class that works every major muscle group! Tone up and build energy with barbells and free weights. Many other props are used such as: steps, stability ball, rubber tubing, and much more. All lvels of exercisers are welcome!

Zumba®- Zumba® fuses hypotic Latin rhythems and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistnace training are combined to tone your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!
