LEADERS CLUB

The French Creek Family YMCA has volunteer program designed to help improve character, encourage leadership and implement teamwork in the community. Each volunteer will utilize this program with core values; Caring , Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility in each of their assignments.

Leaders Club is a year round program designed to aid in the volunteer's acheivement in gaining their community service hours or process of employment. Every 90 days, an evaluation report will be conducted to keep track of the volunteer's progress and interest in pursuit of further participation in the program.

The responsibilities of the volunteer will be, but are not limited too:

Caring - of each of our participants in the program/ facility
Respect - of each member and our staff
Honesty- to the programs and our staff

A schedule will be assigned for each volunteer on a weekly basis. The Program Director/ Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling and character of each Leaders Club representative.
