At the French Creek Family YMCA we promote wellness for everyone. We encourage you to participate in our programs and coach our instructors to adapt their classes to stimulate the needs for all of our members. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Appropriate shoes are required for all classes and wellness floor.
Wellness Coaching
Each member of the French Creek Y has access to receive a complimentary Wellness Coaching appointment. During this 30 minute appointment, a Wellness Coach will discuss your overall well-being goals, help you determine how to overcome the barriers that might get in your way, make recommendations for an effective exercise program, familiarize you with the equipment and answer any questions that you have concerning 
exercise or the hundreds of YMCA opportunities now available to you. Since you may choose to learn how to use some of the equipment during thisappointment, please wear clothing and shoes suitable for a workout.
For specific individual needs, please contact the Wellness Team for information on Personal Training.
Youth Wellness Center Policies: Ages 9-17 years old
Youth and teens must complete a wellness coaching session and have a parent/guardian sign a waiver before using any equipment. Teens will learn basic technique and fitness center etiquette. For specific individual needs, please contact the Wellness Team for information on Youth Personal Training.
Members ages 9 to 12 may use the Life Fitness Studio when accompanied and monitored at all times by a parent/guardian.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle hands-on technique designed to relieve stress using Universal energy to create a sense of total well-being of your spirit, mind, and body. This light touch clears and realigns your energy, bringing you into a relaxed state which allows you to heal naturally.
