Adult CO-ED Softball League

SIGN UP TODAY...SPOTS ARE FILLING UP FAST!

The Summer 2012 French Creek Family YMCA Adult Co-Ed Softball League begins on Saturday, June 9th and runs for 10 weeks with playoffs starting August 18th. The league is for adults 18 and older. All teams may have up to 15 adults on a roster.

Early Registration began Saturday, April 14th and ends Friday, June 1st. Late Registration is from Saturday, June 2nd through Thursday, June 7th. NO TEAMS WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER AFTER Thursday, June7th. An early entry co-ed team costs $225 and a late entry co-ed team is $250. Each team’s captain must be a YMCA Member or YMCA Program Member. To become a YMCA Program Member, there is a $25 fee per year.

There is an official fee of $25 per team/ per game for officials. This must be in exact cash to cover the certified officials and league scorekeeper. There are also forfeit fees: After a forfeit, $50 MUST be paid within 24 hours of next scheduled game to the Program Director. Teams with unpaid forfeit fees will be suspended until paid in full.

Games are played Saturday 9:00am– 2:00pm, times vary depending on participation. Games will be played at Ferndale Park in Sheffield Lake along with All-Pro Frieght Stadium (Crushers Stadium). All Teams must wear the same color shirts/jerseys with a visible number on the back (no masking tape/duct tape).

Participants can take an active role in running the leagues by helping with scorekeeping, officiating, and rule revisions.
