- Working collaboratively to bring to fruition the YMCA of Greater Cleveland “Healthy Communities Initiative,” which includes the construction, in partnership with the city of Avon, Ohio, of the new French Creek YMCA at Avon, a state-of-the-art 67,506-square-foot full service YMCA membership branch anchored with an eight-lane competitive indoor swimming pool, among other amenities. Groundbreaking for the facility will take place in late 2008, with anticipated opening in May, 2010.
